Sažetak

The paper gives the cost analysis of reliability for industrial plants for all the stages of life cycle with an emphasis on the design and development stage, the production stage, and the exploitation stage. The authors identified all the visible and invisible costs and provided appropriate expressions for their calculation. The second part explains the method of their optimization and reduction. The paper appropriately explains a very important issue for all industrial plants and technical systems in general, and the costs in their life cycle.
