Sažetak

SUMMARY: Work requires constant change of body positions in order to perform the various work related activities. If work is carried out in a space not correctly designed, it will result in fatigue, impaired work efficiency and threat to health. The paper presents an analysis of the improvements in body position and posture and a calculation of the values of forces and momentums acting on L4 and L5 vertebrae and the strain on certain muscle groups in a known work process in relation to permitted strains.
