Quality indicators at the Faculty of Civil Engineering Osijek - defining, monitoring, analysis, evaluation and modification

Sažetak
On October 3, 2011, the Croatian Agency for Science and Higher Education issued a Certificate which confirms there is a quality assurance system at the Faculty of Civil Engineering Osijek that is efficient and in developed phase based on the Agency criteria assessed during external, independent, periodic quality assurance system audit. Our institution is a first higher education institution in Croatia to which this Certificate has been issued. It is a result of long-time investment in setting up and developing the system, quality culture promotion and also as confirmation of moving in right direction. Monitored quality indicators are defined in existing documents especially within the Development strategy. According to the Certificate and documents, we are obliged to the further assurance and enhancement of the system. Therefore, modifications in order to achieve improvement, are necessary.
In this paper, quality indicators, their monitoring, analysis, results of analysis, necessity and reasons for its modification will be presented.
