Sažetak The possibilities of cadmium and lead determination by electroanalytical methods such as differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry, square wave anodic stripping voltammetry, potentiometric stripping analysis and constant current stripping potentiometry in sea water, algae, bivalves, fish and seal samples after different digestion methods (UV, PTFE-bomb and high pressure) have been presented. The comparison with ICP-MS and ET-AAS demonstrated the possibilities and limitations of these electroanalytical approaches with respect to the trace element determination in real samples from marine ecosystem.
