Sažetak

The aim of this paper is to pinpoint the connection between various noogeneses of theories influencing the change of system theory in our century. Since the theory of deterministic chaos played down previous deterministic considerations by pointing to the unpredictability of a process - regardless of its initial conditions - the theory of autonomic, self-organizing evolution opposes deterministic Darwinian theory of natural selection. Former theory argues that the basic factors in evolution are intrinsic forms of self-organizing systems. This has diminished the value of classical organizational strategies based on mechanistic conceptions of world & society. The new theory places priority on energy exchange, flexibility and variability. The stability, it claims, is an old and inefficient dogma. In socio-technical systems (like industrial organization) organizing equals using unique human capabilities of conscious introduction of fluctuation (chaos) - visible in forms of ideas, expectations, models, myths, technologies etc. Constant renewal of the system is highly dependant on this strategy.
