Work, Professional and Qualification Structure of Scientific Researchers

Sažetak
Author presents the major results of one sociological investigation about scientific workers — researchers in Croatia. The results show that relatively high qualification level of researchers do not guarantee high level of scientific work itself. It is shown that total result of scientific work goes together with higher economic status, position within the scientific hierarchy, institutions, etc.
