Assessment of occupational average exposure to ionizing radiation

Abstract

Occupational exposure to ionizing radiation of 654 persons in 42 establishments was checked by filmdosimeters for three years. The yearly average of accumulated doses is calculated for some professional groups. The groups are classified according to their exposure ranks. The degree of exposure is discussed The protective measures performed are supposed to have been the most important factor in dose attenuation.
