Sažetak

The author discusses the danger of the great incidence of silicosis in connexion with the development of Yugoslav economy and industry in particular as well as the measures relating to silicosis control. The organization of the prevention of silicosis is described: examinations before employment, during employment and change of occupation after the first symptoms of the disease.
