Sažetak
By the Programme of reconstruction and remediation of consequences of the disastrous flood in the territory of Vukovar-Srijem County - housing stock reconstruction that was adopted in July 2014, the Ministry of Construction and Physical Planning and the Agency for Transactions and Mediation in Immovable Properties (ATMP) were assigned the task of implementing the Programme. It was prescribed that the Ministry had to conclude the necessary contracts for the realisation of work related to the disbursement of funds instead of repair works, and to the
removal of buildings that were not safe for occupancy, which was carried out by the building inspection based on a decision on reconstruction, whereas ATMP was in charge of concluding and implementing all the necessary contracts related to remediation, repair or construction of new houses.
