Sažetak
Results obtained by correction of keratoconus with contact lenses are discussed. Keratoconus was found in 37 out of 2500 patients (1.48 %), i.e. on 67 eyes. There was no significant difference in the numbers of male (0.80%) and female patients (0.68%). Most patinets (57%) were between 18 and 27 years of age. Normal vision was obtained in 52 eyes by contact lenses, and in only one eye by spectacles. The vision of most eyes did not change within the period of two years.
