Sažetak

If at a place of destination the quantity of coffee delivered is smaller than the quantity received for carriage and the carrier invokes natural ullage, the fact that the seals on the truck are not damaged is not enough reason to conclude that the loss was due to natural ullage. This circumstance should be first established.
The carrier cannot invoke excepted perils if the nature of damage is contrary to the assumption that the damage was caused by one of these perils.
