Sažetak
This study shows that Perkovic employs fundamentally standard literary language, while at the same time, like his predecessors and contemporaries, he resorts to the non-standard if it has a function and purpose in expressive idiom. Aware of his reponsibility to cultivate literary language, Luka Perkovic is deeply committed to its purity and beauty, and his contribution to development of Croatian literary language is of great value.
