Carriage by truck - Limitation of freight payment : [case review]

Sažetak
In commercial disputes a judge can pass a judgment without hearing if he establishes, on the basis of documents, that the facts are undisputed between the parties. Limitation of freight payment is one year from the date when the carrier delivered the cargo to the consignee. Obligation to freight payment is based on a concluded contract of carriage and not on acquisition without legal foundation.
