Influence of the Declaration on the Standardization of the Croatian Language

Sažetak
The paper deals with the positive effects that the Declaration on the Name and Position
of the Croatian Literary Language had on the standardization of the Croatian language,
and with numerous valuable Croatian normative works written after the Declaration. The
paper also points out the important role of D. Brozović in the post-Declaration period and
there are some sketches from the linguistic activities of the author of the paper himself.
