The state of organic viticulture in the Republic of Croatia

Sažetak
Without the development of organic farming, there would be no organic viticulture. Organic viticulture is gaining in importance worldwide. Mediterranean countries lead the way for organic grapevine cultivation. The Republic of Croatia is no exception, but is still underrepresented due to its ignorance of the laws and rules of organic production. Aid from the competent authorities of the Republic of Croatia and EU funds, as well as environmental awareness, can contribute to the expansion of organic viticulture in the Republic of Croatia.
