Sažetak
Successful management of companies is based on quality decision-making process based on application of managerial tools. One of the main functions in the company is the function of procurement. Procurement management by means of using managerial tools influences sustainability of business activity and ensures competitive advantage. The objective of this paper was to research application of managerial tools in managing procurement process and compare obtained results on selected counties in the Republic of Croatia structured in two regions.
