Sažetak U ovom radu je opisana suvremena metodologija topografske evaluacije površina, koje su nastale abrazivnim vodenim mlazom, korištenjem standardnih i ne-standardnih parametara u kombinaciji s funkcijom autokorelacije. Metoda projekcije mreže je korištena za mjerenje uzoraka pripremljenih od nehrđajućeg čelika AISI 309 pomoću abrazivnog vodenog mlaza. Optički signali dobiveni pomoću metode projekcije mreže ovih površina su obrađeni pomoću Fourier pretvorbe i funkcije autokorelacije norme kako bi se dobile informacije o fluktuacijama visine i duljine. Dobiveni rezultati su analizirani i objašnjeni.
