Sažetak
Freedom of movement of persons in EU - Association Agreements Context is the first book on the subject of freedom of movement of persons in EU published in Croatian language and represents a result of a comprehensive study of the subject as regard to countries that are in the process of Association with the EU, Croatia in particular. Citizens of countries which have signed European Agreements (EA) and Stabilisation and Association Agreements (SAA) when compared with EU citizens do not enjoy full extent of the right of the free movement of persons. Deliberation on this limitation is a main emphasize of the book. In addition of being valuable academic reading, this book can prove to be a fruitful and educational instrument for development and furthering debate on the issue.
