Sažetak

The aim of this article is to scrutinise a new regime governing decisions of the court of first instance in administrative dispute according to the Bill on Administrative Disputes Act and to foresee conceptual alterations which will be introduced by entering into force of the new Law. The author pays a special attention to types of court decisions, powers of the court while making first instance decisions, announcement, content and delivery of the court decisions as well as correcting errors in judgments. With a view to determine the aforementioned alterations, the author, first of all, analyses legal provisions governing identical legal issues currently in force. Further on, he singles out similarities and differences of the current and future regime governing court decisions in administrative dispute with respect to Austrian and German legal system. According to the results obtained by the above mentioned comparison, in next to no time we could expect a significant lunge in administrative court deciding in Croatia.
