Sažetak

A novel multivariate linear regression, based on the ordered orthogonalized connectivity basis and dominant descriptor analysis, is applied to several physicochemical properties of α-amino acids. Our results compare favourably with those based on the non-orthogonalized connectivity basis by Pogliani.
