Sažetak
Thunberg conducted the oxidation of succinic acid to the fumaric acid under the influence of the succinodehydrogenase as a biological oxidation. Szente- Gyorgyi and his coworkers postulated its place in the chain of enzymatical respiratory processes as an intermediate in carrying over the hydrogen from the dihydrocodehydrogenase to the oxygen activated by the warburg - Keilin system.
