Sažetak

An analysis of the vibrational levels in the Ni(II) octahedral complexes with 1-naphtylacetic acid hydrazide is carried out and the results are compared with those predicted by a simplified theory of vibrational levels in the isolated octahedra which is based on the assumption that the interatomic potentials are of the Lennard-Jones type. A good agreement of the theoretical predictions and the experiment suggests that the forces acting in the analysed octahedral structures are essentially of the Lennard-Jones type.
