Sažetak
The article presents a summarized conceptual study of a reference thermal power plant with a gross capacity of 600 MW and a net efficiency of approximately 46%. A technically, economically, and environmentally optimized power plant is presented for the conditions of the German state of Nordrhein-Westfalen. The reference plant is designed based on the development of electricity consumption and fuel prices.
