Changes in the dynamics and structure of the inhabitants on the island of Brač

Sažetak
The paper demonstrates the changes in the dynamics and structure of the inhabitants of the island of Brač after the II World War, and with a review of the demographic migrational trend during the period 1857-1981, the natural demographic trend from 1963-1987 is analysed, types of general migratory trends, the structure of inhabitants according to sex and age, and social geographic transformation after the latest population census.
