Sažetak

Transition to modern organization and management, based on logistic concept is necessary in the current maritime crisis, especially in the South- Slovenian countries. Maritime company strategies and logistic organization in the twenty-first century are paid a great attention to in this paper. Therefore, we examine functional connections between organization structure and logistic infrastructure in contemporary maritime (shipping) company.
