Influence of Ergonomic Factors on Ship Managing

Sažetak

This paper deals with the importance of properly designed and applied technological solutions of control and automation systems. Ergonomic requirements for usability of technological and technical solutions are becoming ever more present factors of safe navigation and efficient ship managing at the operational and management levels. From the aspect of application of actual technology man – machine relation shows superiority of machines and automated processes in control and management domains. It is the difference between human possibilities and those of machines in the perception of certain processes as well as different logical frames of action which cause misunderstandings in man – machine relation.
