Sažetak

There's a tendency of some, especially American courts to introduce "implied warranty of workmanlike service" in salvage agreement. Thus, not only the liability of the tug has increased in case of the collision with the salved ship, but according to the opinion of the authors, the stipulations of international Conventions and national legislations concerning the liability of the tug in collision with the salver (see excerpt) .
