Sažetak

Nowadays a technological hospital is being transformed into "open-ended construction". It should be understood as a flexibility to changing conditions since such complex structures as hospitals cannot be planned and built according to a definite program. Instead they are deliberately left incomplete. A probabilistic approach to its program is therefore preferred.
