A study of radio-hygienic correctness of milk and milk powder

Sažetak
The results of gamma spectrometry in raw milk and milk powder imported from Poland and Hungary between the end of 1986. and beginning of 1987 are reported in this paper. The activity levels of radioactive Cs were established and compared to those of milk produced in our country. Results have shown increased activity of radioactive Cs, especially in milk powder samples, suggesting necessity of systematic control of radiation load in this product and its storage facilities (the expositional gamma irradiation dose).
