Method for the plate heat exchangers calculation

Sažetak

The author worked out in detail the method of calculation of plate heat exchanger for milk pasteurization. With proposed method it is possible to select optimal parameters of work of plate heat exchanger, because the calculation method is based on reciprocal interdependence of length of canals, speed of flow and drop of pressure.
