Sažetak
The appearance and multiplication of independent administrative authorities is reflected in the result of major changes in administrative organisation in France. The first independent administrative organisation was established by law by the national commission for freedom of information on January 6, 1978. Independent administrative organisation today is particularly present in the economic and financial sector where it guarantees achieving and protecting the rights of all participants.
