Sažetak

Samples of milk taken from the individual producers and samples of milk from, the refrigerator were taken in collection areas of dairies in Croatia trough 1985. Freezing point for 6125 fresh samples of milk were determined by thermistor cryoscopes. The results have shown that 79.17% of singly taken samples and even 91.73% of samples of milk from the refrigerator had extraneous water
