High strength concrete - Macedonian research

Sažetak

Research work conducted in Macedonia in the scope of several research projects is described. Theoretical research activities have been backed by experimental testing. Results obtained by testing strength and deformability of concrete and steel are presented. The project and model development for experimental work are described. The significance of this research for the use of high strength materials in seismically active areas is emphasized. Principal results obtained during this research work are presented in conclusions.
