Sažetak

Economic aspects of quality control in dairy industry, legal and marketing requirements for dairy products in Yugoslavia are discussed. The organization structure and principal elements of the system of total (integrate) quality control are reviewed concisely. A practical proposal was made with regard to the possible introduction of total quality control in Yugoslav dairy industry and relevant problems that might occur are pointed out.
