Sažetak
The authors describe the production of sweet creams and whey based spreads with addition of ingredients (chocolate, lemon, fruits, or tomato concentrates, garlic and vinegar). Chemical composition of produced creams and spreads was checked, and their organoleptic quantities. Both, chemical composition and taste were found satisfactory.
