Application of process visualization to failure diagnostics

Sažetak

This paper gives an overview of usage possibilities of the visualization of technological process as an aid in failure diagnostics, or in deterioration of system components respectively. Moreover, the possibility to use data displayed on an operation panel collected by a programmable logical controller (PLC) for planning the preventive maintenance actions is presented by a specific example realized in practice.
