Determination of total solids on the basis of fat and protein contents of milk

Sažetak
Multiple correlation coefficient among percentages of total solids, fat and protein was found to be 0.70. The regression was recommended for the routine estimation of total solids. For the estimation of total solid and solids-non-fat two tables and a nomogram were elaborated.
