Sažetak

The correlation between the results of the examination the milk stability toward concentrated alcohol (60-88 %) and thermostability was investigated. The correlation coefficient (r=0.62) is not high and examination the milk stability toward alcohol cannot quite to substitute the thermostability investigation.
