Sažetak

From the earliest times in the F. P. R. Yugoslavia have been known many milk products many of which are being produced at the present time. Of these, mention may be made of Kiselo Mleko, Kajmak, Kačkavalj cheese and many types of soft cheeses. In all there are about 30 varieties which are now being produced in the country.
