Sažetak

The article discusses the problem of the foundation the politics in the age of technocratic depoliticisation the world as a global system of neoliberal capitalism. The basic assumption seeks to show that Rousseau’s foundation of modern democratic system as the event becomes the absolute sovereignty of the outcome of the modern era in Schmitt’s concept of the political nomos which has been turned the policy as an action beyond the “social contract” and the “state of nature”. Between the body of the sovereign states in the modern era and the biopolitical body of global world today has been gaping deep abyss where the political fissures in its principle reducibility goes beyond the binary opposites. Despite various attempts at renovation the ideas of modern sovereign nation-state there is a radical turn of the political dynamics. Instead the reducibility of the phenomenon itself before the policy to other phenomena such as religion, art, culture, science, in the modern era occurs the end of ideology defined by reworking the concept of sovereignty beyond the modern labelling rule and the power of an autonomous entity. Philosophical reflection on the relationship between two fundamentally different and, paradoxically a close understanding the construction of the community in the modern era (Rousseau and Schmitt) trying to articulate the basic principles and its argument on the fact that the modern age that determines the dispute about sovereignty as nomos the politics is nothing else but disappearance of the society and nature in metaphysical understanding of that constellation.
