Sažetak
In therapeutic static contraction ·apply rin ill men, we have in mind a contraction
without any loading or with a gravitation loading of a segment to which
that muscle is an antagonist. We say that a purpose of such a kinesytherapy is
muscle strenght preserving any hypertrophy is also mentioned. But, until today.
we have not had any objective indicators of what is happening to the strenght,
but experiences show that with the static contraction, volumiousness of museles decreases. In isometric procedures apply we do not go into a deeper analysis
of a muscle activity on a joint body, neither do we accept a muscle specifity and
individuality, ~ts biomechanic characteristic which produce very different effects,
not being always positive. By static exercises we develop static strength, which
means that we develop a stability of an exercised segment. A dynamics inprove
·ment can be expected according to the correlation between a static and a repetitive
strength, which are the two different abilities. The static contraction blocks
a periplieral and a central circulation even more if a position, in which the contracti:
on is performed is more distant from the middle position. Circulation blocks
disappear by the dynamic contraction apply about the middle of the motion scope.
The static contractions present a risk in cardiovasoular diseases. By the static
contractures of only one muscle together with maintaining of the same for 3-5
sec, a pathological EMG activity appears, which remains even up to 20 sec after
the contraction stops. Because of the imposs-ibility of the dynamic motion apply,
it is necessary to use static exercises, but which, as far as we have seen, must be
carefully controlled, if not always objectively then by subjective patient's reactions.
Because of that we have been suggested, in static kinesytherapy apply, to be directted
by two basic indications: l. Complete imposs
of any etiology; 2. Pain incidence during the joint motion. Conclusion: In the
kinesytherapy of ill men the programmes of static and dynamic contractions are
more effective. One should decide upon the static ones exclucively when dynamic
contractions are contraindicated. Anatomic and biomechanic muscle characteristics
in men in the present stage of locomotion correspond to that principle.
