Sažetak

This paper deals with the employment relations and labour market in the context of flexicurity. The authors analyse a new mode of governance, namely soft law, open methods of coordination, European social model, inclusive market, as concepts which are interwoven with flexicurity, employment relations and labour market. The authors take a closer look at the latter concepts’ characteristics and impact on the supranational regulation, while juxtaposing regulations of other legal systems with the Croatian regulation. New forms of employment are analysed too (concerning working time, agency work, mini-jobs). This part of the paper is dedicated to the (de)regulation of the labour market, new models of employment, as well as flexicurity and the Croatian labour market de lege lata, with the proposals de lege ferenda.
