Sažetak

Production of prošek in Croatia has been almost completely abandoned, except in a few wine- growing hills. It is necessary to define conditions of the production and technology, and to bring prošek closer to wine- growers and winemakers in Croatia as a unique dessert wine. A group of scientists from the Faculty of Agriculture has conducted a research about the way of getting a top- quality prošek by a correct choice of the sort and the improvement of technology.
