Sažetak

This investigation was undertaken with the purpose to estimate the influence of different feeding regime during two weeks after early weaned piglets (21 st day) on their performance during rearing and growing-finishing periods, respectively. Sixty early weaned piglets (30 berrows and 30 gilts) were formed and pigs were randomly alloted to four groups of 15 animals. All pigs were group-fed during experimental period in accordance with scheme shown in table 1. During period of piglets (4 to 18 kg live weight) control group (I) was sel-fed all the time, and test group four was restrected fed during mentioned period, but second and third test groups were restrected fed during two weeks after weaning only. During growing-finishing period (18 - 95 kg live weight) all groups were self-fed with, mixture of the same composition. On the basis of obtained results the following conclusions may be drawn: 1) Restrected feeding of early weaned piglets during rearing period (4 - 18 kg) have had significant effects on body weight and daily gain of piglets (P 0.01). 2) The pigs being fed up to 18 kg body weight at a low level (restrected) nutrition have had a subsequant - during finishing period – higher daily gain than pigs self-fed in early life. 3) Different feeding regime after weaning, did not have significant effect on carcass quality of pigs.
