Sažetak
The paper analyzes the spatial imaginarium of the Golden Days trilogy by Jagoda Truhelka. The author assumes that the space in the trilogy has symbolic meaning, and given the autobiographical dimension of the discourse, the trilogy offers a unique (subjective) experience of the space with a series of spatial units with a strong semantic potential. The emphasis is on the analysis of the character interaction with the spaces in which they move, which simultaneously creates the narrative framework of the trilogy. The space within the trilogy also carries ethical
implications which are confirmed with the offered structure of the family home. The author completely succeeded in imprinting her worldview based on family harmony, humility, order and mutual respect as well as strong religious and patriotic feelings into the space of the childhood home.
