Sažetak
Booking is one of the most important business functions of the hotel. Timely information regarding the booking situation comprises the basis for making key decisions for the future of hotel operations. Booking is also a very dynamic activity aimed at securing the best service quality possible and expanding the range of the hotel offer. One of the fundamental goals of introducing information technology in hotel booking is to increase the occupancy rate of accommodation facilities. The task of the information subsystem of booking is to provide as much relevant information as possible to the hotel management.
