The quality of practical training has impact on the overall quality of the studies, the aim of which is to prepare students as the future carriers of the tourism, catering and hospitality activities.
This paper features the results of a survey made among the student body of the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management in Opatija. The students are obliged to have 120 hours of practical training as a part of the curriculum for the third year of studies.
