Abstract

The Guggenheim Museum Bilbao is becoming an important tourist attraction in the Basque Country. Additional tangible and intangible assets are also relevant to the success of the tourist industry. In this context, the aim of this article is to study Basque fine cuisine and to identify the mechanism of transmission of know-how.
We should keep in mind that this territory contains one of the highest concentration of Michelin stared restaurants of Spain.
