This paper aims at displaying various complex issues concerning business financing and development of enterprises under the conditions of a growing money and capital market. An emphasis has been given to the forming of the structure of the capital through numerous possibilities available to financial
managers in the current financial environment. The modern financial market allows for a large amount of flexibility in the creation of various optimum structures of corporate capital.
