Abstract

New opportunities of development and business expansion in the global market affected the awareness needs and the necessity of cultural values, value systems, behavior and business practices in
different societies and cultures. The success of managers in global business is increasingly dependent on their fl exibility and openness to the values, behavior, opinions and attitudes of culturally
diverse business partners.
